Interactive Stations individually start at $16.95 per guest. Your Choices of the following Interactive Stations are as follows:
Pasta Station
Enjoy some of your favorite pastas at this Interactive Pasta Station. This includes your choice of two of the following pastas: Penne, Linguini, Orecchitte, or Cheese Tortellini. Served with Pomodoro and Alfredo Sauces, Shrimp, Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, minced garlic, olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, bell peppers, sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and crispy Ciabatta Bread.
Grilled Quesadilla Station
Flour Tortillas grilled with guests choice of fillings: Tequila Lime Steak and Chicken, caramelized onions, cilantro, green peppers, avocado, and cheddar jack cheese. Your delicious accompaniments includes, guacamole, sour cream, tomato salsa, mango salsa, and tortilla chips.
Macaroni & Cheese Bar
3 Cheese Macaroni consisting of White Cheddar, Asiago, and Romano Cheeses and then presented with delicious asparagus tips, apple wood smoked bacon crumbles, green chiles, and French fried onions. Served beautifully in martini glasses
Mashed Potato Station
Hand picked Red Potatoes mashed to perfection with a wide variety of delicious toppings: Roasted Garlic, French fried onions, red onion confit, cheddar cheese, bacon, sour cream and chives. OR you can choose our Sweet Potato selection with a variety of toppings which includes brown sugar, marshmallow fluff, candied pecans, and cinnamon sugar. All beautifully served in a martini glass.
New England Raw Bar
A beautiful display of oysters on the half shell, and jumbo iced shrimp. Served with various condiments and sauces including, hot sauce, cocktail sauce, and lemon wedges presented in a beautiful lighted ice bath. This station is priced by current market pricing. Sushi Bar
Enjoy some of your favorite sushi recipes live at your special event location. All of the ingredients are of the freshest quality and each piece is beautifully decorated and plated before your eyes. Please note, these are actual menus that we have done in the past for our clients. All packages are subject to sales tax and 20% Gratuity and have a 100 Guest Minimum. Events that do not meet the minimum may be subject to a surcharge. We create all menus based on collaborations with our clients. We value the customization of your menu on your special day! BabyBlue Modern Catering can also supply custom flower arrangements, additional wait staff, butler service, bartenders, photographers or live music for your occasion!
