Everything that we prepare and serve in our Timeless Reception Experience is freshly prepared, and served to your special guests, not only buffet-style, but butler style and many others. You can ensure that all of the ingredients used for your event are of the utmost freshness, and based on seasonal availability from our local resources. This experience can be completely customizable to your specific dietary needs and interests. We also enjoy doing themed weddings and parties, and can accommodate accordingly! We are excited to deliver modern ideas, modern service, and a social atmosphere!

The Timless Reception Experience starts at $46.95 per guest and includes:

BabyBlue Modern Catering currently does not hold a liquor license. However, BabyBlue Modern Catering can serve guests spirits, wines, or beers as long as the alcohol is provided by the client. We are dedicated to helping the client make that perfect pairing of spirits, wines, and beers for your specially designed menu! Beverage services begin at $9.95 per guest. Non-Alcoholic Beverage Station
This wonderful Alcohol Free Station starts at $9.95 per guest and includes:
- Diet Coke, Coke, Ginger-Ale, Mineral Water, Bottled Water, 9 & 10oz Acrylic Cups, White Cocktail Napkins, Bar Equipment, and Ice Service.
- Serving Staff for 4 Hours
- Extra Hour is $2.95 per guest
Full Non-Alcoholic Mixer Station
This all inclusive Beverage Station starts at $12.95 per guest and includes:
- Diet Coke, Coke, Ginger-Ale, Mineral Water, Bottled Water, Tonic Water, Soda Water, Sour Mix, Orange Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Cranberry Juice, Lemons, limes, Cherries, 9 & 10oz Acrylic Cups, White Cocktail Napkins, Bar Equipment, and Ice Service.
- Serving Staff for 4 Hours
- Extra Hour is $4.95 per guest
Beverage Station Services
Feel free to add any of these additional services to your package:
- Sparkling Juice Toast $4.50 or Champagne Toast $2.50 (Client Provided Champagne)
- Water, Wine, Martini, or Champagne Flute $1.00 each
- 4 Hour Beverage Station Glassware $2.50 per guest
- Bar Equipment including; Beer Tubs, Wine Tubs, Ice Buckets, Pitchers, Wine and Bottle Openers, and Beverage Napkins $2.00 per guest
- Ice Service $1.50 per guest
Please note, these are actual menus that we have done in the past for our clients. All packages are subject to sales tax and 20% Gratuity and have a 100 Guest Minimum. Events that do not meet the minimum may be subject to a surcharge. We create all menus based on collaborations with our clients. We value the customization of your menu on your special day! BabyBlue Modern Catering can also supply custom flower arrangements, additional wait staff, butler service, bartenders, photographers or live music for your occasion!
