Jacob Thaller Ritenour has had the opportunity and the privilege to be raised in a culinary family, who own restaurants and catering businesses. With over 10 years of both food industry experience and business management experience, Jacob has obtained the necessary skills needed, as the Owner and Chef of BabyBlue Modern Catering.

The opportunity to serve in the family restaurant business has educated Jacob to properly plan, prepare, and execute both small and large events. Jacob takes pride in using the finest quality ingredients, and he chooses food of only the utmost freshness. His experience and knowledge is extensive in western style traditional food. He also has a passion for Asian Style Cuisine, including Sushi. He brings a unique and clean perspective when it comes to the personal menu design for each valued client. He focuses on allowing the natural freshness of the food to deliver the most enjoyment of the flavors. Jacob continues to expand his culinary and business management skills through persistent education.

In Jacob’s spare time, he enjoys playing the bass guitar, serves in the community, and most importantly, spending time with his family!
