Jeremy and Brittany Young Wedding Reception-Interactive Dessert Station at the Sheraton Bayfront Hotel
BabyBlue had the opportunity to be part of Jeremy and Brittany Young’s wedding on April 26th, 2014 at the Sheraton Bayfront Hotel. What an incredible wedding it was, from beginning to end!
I had the privilege to serve Jeremy and Brittany back in December of 2014 for their wedding warming in Erie, PA. I can say that this event was such a blessing, from the setup to the cleanup! I was able to get acquainted with them both, and serve them for their casual In-Home Party that their parents, Jeff and Janet Young threw for them! We quickly learned that they love to party, and entertain their guests, which is exactly what BabyBlue loves to do!
Shortly after their In-Home Wedding Warming, Jeremy & Brittany asked us if we could do desserts at their wedding reception at the Sheraton. After consulting with them, and preparing a beautiful menu for their wedding, we were on our way to planning and organizing the desserts for their special day!
I wanted to give them an experience that they have never had before so that it would create a beautiful memory for them and their invited guests! BabyBlue had the opportunity to create an Interactive Dessert Station that consisted of four handcrafted desserts to fit their personal preference and accommodate 160 guests. These delicious desserts consisted of:
Chocolate Brownie Tower with Peanut Butter Cream, Signature Truffles with Raspberry, Pistachio, and Cocoa Powder, Coconut Cream Minis with Rum Cream, Milk Shots
These desserts were such a hit! Our Executive Pastry Chef, Jason Hotchkiss, was explaining how to eat and compliment each type of dessert with Beer, Wine, Spirits, Coffee, Milk, and/or Fresh Berries to make the experience that much more unique! Our professional wait staff were also serving the guests, and explaining in great detail what they were being served!
This event was such an amazing experience for myself and our team! I can’t wait to serve this wonderful family again!
