Wow! What an incredible evening! From arriving to the home, to the end of the evening, I had the privilege to work with amazing people, Robert and Kristie Chandler. Robert and Kristie are amazing people, which I think was evident when serving them! Robert wanted to give his lovely bride of 8 years a surprise Romantic Dinner for Two, and he sure did!!! I had the opportunity to meet with Robert to discuss all of the elements from favorite colors, passions, to specific flavors and textures to make this day most memorable he and his wife! (Without the wifey knowing about it!)
On the day of the event, I arrived at the Chandler Residence around 8:30AM to start this amazing adventure! I knew once I opened the door that I was welcomed into a wonderful and beautiful atmosphere! I was welcomed by Kristie’s mom, Rob, and their beautiful daughter Sophie! My heart melted when I saw her little smile! I unloaded the vehicle, and brought everything into the home to start this wonderful journey planned for later that evening! When Kristie, the guest of evening arrived, she was definitely surprised! The Live Music performed by Brennan Plucknett (Member of the Cowardly Lions), set the mood of the atmosphere, which was also complimented by fresh flowers, dinner by candlelight, and an elegant table setting to make way for the 4 course meal!
We started the evening with a fresh Lime Mojito Sorbet with Lemon to cleanse the pallet, and then ventured into our beautifully and custom-created menu by Jacob Ritenour.

To make the night even more of a special evening, between the 3rd and 4th courses, we wanted to perform live, “When God Made You” so they could have a Romantic Dance! This was the song from their first dance on their wedding day! Performed by Katherine Ritenour and Brennan Plucknett.
This event was truly a blessing to the whole BabyBlue Team! I cant wait to serve these two again in the near future!
